  Had a home inspection from this group and they also arranged a radon test and termite check, for a home we aim to purchase in Edwardsville. The inspector was very polite and informative and provided lots of useful information. Brett explained all of his observations with us clearly and happily answered any questions. The report was emailed the next day and went over everything that he discussed. The report had all of the details on issues identified with the house, both large and small, as well as many photos that he took with his camera phone (varied photo quality). The report did not contain any "summary" of the overall status of the home, which would have been helpful.
  
  The inspector identified many but not all issues with the house. He missed a loose board on the stairs going down to the basement. However, he did a very thorough job and found many things.
  
  Overall, it was a good basis to evaluate what kind of work needs negotiated on the home.
  
  I would hire them again, and would recommend them to others based on my positive experience.
